Watermark was built in 2010 by Status Luxury Houseboats who have a reputation for building high quality houseboat holiday homes and there was a strong commitment to build something special for the original owners.

The current owners have continued this with ensuring the houseboat has been extremely well maintained. They have gone further by extending the rear deck by 5feet and installing a new extended hydraulic duckboard. This has made a big difference to this area enhancing the experience for the whole family. Sit back and enjoy the sun; splash around on the duckboard or just jump in for a swim.

New swing tow arms have been added for tying up the speedboat or jet ski when out on the Lake. All these works were undertaken in 2021 when Watermark was out of the water having the pontoons and motor leg serviced.

When you walk onboard Watermark, you can sense straight away she is a quality holiday home.

The layout with the side kitchen and rear lounge opening onto the extended rear deck, plus the large, tinted windows which invite the magic of Eildon into Watermark. The kitchen with Caesar Stone benchtops and quality appliances all integrated in colour and design. Then there are three good sized bedrooms serviced by a well-appointed bathroom. If you have extras for the weekend, then there is the double couch/sofa bed.

Upstairs under the full hardtop there is an important second relaxation/entertainment space with sliding glass tinted side windows. Enjoy the sun on the front day beds; sit up to a family dinner; relax on the lounge setting to watching sport on the TV or take in another beautiful sunset.

Watermark was built with high quality Solar Electrics with a top of the range Selectronic SP Pro Series Inverter/Charger system, a new Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller, a large bank of house batteries fed by 12 Solar Panels. These are backed up by an Onan 8kva Marine Generator.

Watermark is powered by a Mercruiser 4.3lt V6 motor. Importantly, these days a Bow Thruster is fitted.
