The refurbishment provides an open modern plan with brand n ew side kitchen which includes an electric fridge/freezer and spacious rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with a new hydraulic duckboard, new decking and an electric sun awning.

Importantly for a Family there are three good sized Bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom with full ensuite (i.e. 2 Bathrooms).

Further there is an entertainment space for each generation with the upstairs front BBQ area.

You will not miss any football, cricket or any other sport with the new Auto Satellite Tracker.

A feature is the Norseman Wood Heater which will create atmosphere as well as provide heating for the cooler months on the Lake.

Of significance, Paramount is a 18ft full width houseboat. This means the cabin size is about the same as a 20ft wide houseboat; that extra couple of feet makes a big difference.

Also, Paramount has twin Volvo Penta motors, which make her easy to manoeuvre.

New Gel Batteries with the 8 Solar Panels ensure you have plenty of power.

As part of the refurbishment, Paramount has had a full external paint; all eaves are now composite aluminium and there is new decking and new internal flooring.

She was slipped in December 2018.
